BeatConnectAfrica was founded by Lutendo Ndou and Edilson Santos, who experienced firsthand the challenges of connecting African music producers with a global audience and securing fair compensation. Together they set out to build the platform they wished had existed.
In 2021, with a team of passionate music lovers and tech experts from across the continent, BeatConnectAfrica launched with a mission to empower African beat makers and introduce their talents to the world.
We've grown into a thriving marketplace connecting thousands of producers with artists globally, while preserving and celebrating the rich diversity of African musical traditions and innovations.
